1. Introduction

3. Eligibility

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use the ck66y platform for real-money betting or gaming, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ck66y at any given time. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ck66y employs automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, and winnings may be voided at ck66y's sole discretion.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck66y will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. You must notify ck66y support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.5 Account Verification (KYC)

ck66y operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ck66y supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods and ৳1,000 for card payments. 5.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your ck66y account originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on ck66y, is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. ck66y aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times. ck66y does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Refused Transactions

ck66y reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, ck66y will notify the Player and provide guidance on the steps required to resolve the matter.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ck66y may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be clearly stated for each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable wagering conditions before accepting any bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exploiting a combination of bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (known as "bonus arbitrage"), or any other strategy determined by ck66y to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the removal of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free bets carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unplayed and/or un-withdrawn at the point of expiry will be removed from the Player's account automatically. ck66y is not obliged to provide notification before a bonus expires beyond the terms published at the time the bonus was awarded.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on ck66y are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. ck66y will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where a clear and demonstrable platform error has occurred.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on ck66y and may vary by sport, market type, event, and account history. Current limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a bet. ck66y reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where patterns of betting activity give rise to a risk management concern.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before completion; a market being suspended due to an integrity concern; an obvious pricing error where the odds displayed were materially incorrect; or any other circumstance explicitly defined in the specific sport or market rules published on the platform. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket fixtures including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event. ck66y does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and will not be liable for the suspension of in-play odds during an event.

8. Casino Games

Casino games available on ck66y — including live dealer games, slots, fishing games, and specialty table games — are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which are either available within the game interface or on request from support.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. ck66y does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are final and binding once a round is completed. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the game outcome will be recorded as it stands at the point the round is concluded by the dealer or game system.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck66y platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in the platform's betting interface, casino game software, or payment systems — for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to influence the outcome of a bet or game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity manipulation.

• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory while misrepresenting your location.
• Impersonating another person, using a false identity, or providing fraudulent documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or other Players' experience.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by ck66y

ck66y reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or any other conduct that ck66y considers to be contrary to the interests of fair play or the integrity of the platform.

10.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting ck66y support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, ck66y will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigation is ongoing. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are not returned upon voluntary account closure.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform or by contacting support. 13. Limitation of Liability
